Like Father Like Son

Jamison is quite the little copycat these days. If you say something, he will try to say it back, if you do something, he will try to do it too. It is really cute and of course he really tries to do the things that daddy does. Josh is often out in the garage wrenching on his bikes and Jamison insists on being out there with him. He is really figuring out how things work which does not make my life any easier but it is amazing to watch. Jammer is quite the active toddler. He has ran off all of his baby fat and has a slim little waist. He can still wear his 12 month pants but needs bigger shirts as he has daddy's long torso, short legs syndrome. He is one busy dude.

For those of you that don't know, Josh boxed as a child in Alaska.

One of his many booboos. He is constantly hurting himself.

He had a touch of the flu this week, thus the crying while eating photo. Blueberries are still one of his favorite foods.

More Summer Fun

We took a short hike up to Angora Lake, what a breathtaking sight! Josh and his buddy Ryan swam over and jumped off some of the rocks in the right of the picture. It was a gorgeous day and the lake was quite a bit warmer than Tahoe--Jammer couldn't get enough swimming.

My two guys!

Jammer and papa. They have developed quite a bond. Whenever we see a motorcycle Jammer says "Papa, Papa."

I'm a toddler now and I have the attitude that goes along with it!

What a wonderful summer it has been. We escaped the smoke and camped for a week at Fallen Leaf Lake over the 4th. Tent camping with a toddler--very interesting:) Otherwise we have been hanging out with Corinne and Devin as much as possible before they move to the bay area. Last week I took Jamison to Jump Man Jump; a warehouse filled with huge bouncy toys and roudy kids. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any photos but when Josh comes with me I will make another post because Jamison thought it was pretty amazing.
